AI assistant

The AI assistant is a conversational agent built into the panel: you ask about your business in plain language and it answers with real data from the system — tables, product records or tax documents — in Spanish or English.

What you can ask it#

• Sales and metrics: "How much did I sell this month?", "What was last week's average ticket?"
• Products and stock: "Which products are low on stock?", "Show me the record for the leather jacket"
• Customers: "Who are my best customers this year?"
• Tax documents: "Show me the last invoice", "The invoice for order 1043"

How it answers#

The assistant doesn't reply with text alone: depending on the question, it shows the result in whatever format is most useful:

• Tables with the data you asked for.
• Product cards with image, price, total stock and stock per variant (size/colour), just like in the POS.
• Tax documents with type, number, date, recipient, amounts, CAE and status.

Conversation with memory#

The assistant remembers the thread of the conversation: you can chain questions with references like "and the first of those?" or "show me that product's record", and it understands what you mean.

Where it's available#

The assistant lives in three places in the panel, with the same capability in all of them:

1. AI assistant page: the full view, with conversation history.
2. Floating widget: a button always visible in the panel, so you can ask without changing screen.
3. Dashboard: a chat built into the main screen.

Data safety#

• The assistant works in read-only mode: it can look information up but cannot create, modify or delete anything.
• It replies in the language the user has configured (Spanish or English).
