Audit log
Activity record: who did what, and when.
The audit module records system activity automatically: every relevant action is logged with who did it, what changed and when.
What gets recorded
- Creating, editing and deleting products, customers, coupons and other entities.
- Sales and order status changes.
- Settings changes.
- Issuing tax documents.
Viewing the activity log
- Go to Audit in the panel menu.
- You'll see a chronological list of events, with the user responsible, the action and the date and time.
- You can filter by user, action type or date range.
- Click an event to see the detail of the changes (previous and new values).
What it's for
- Internal control: knowing what each employee did (who changed a price, who cancelled a sale).
- Settling questions: reconstructing what happened when something doesn't add up (stock that doesn't match, a price that changed).
- Security: spotting actions outside the norm.
Note: the log is automatic — it needs no configuration, and users can't switch it off or delete their own activity.
