Reports

Sales, product and customer reports with Excel export.

Reports show you how the business is doing, and every one of them can be exported to Excel.

Sales report

  1. Go to Reports → Sales.
  2. Select the date range.
  3. You'll see the summary: total sales, number of orders and average ticket.
  4. Export to Excel with the "Export" button.

Products report

Under Reports → Products you can see which products sell most and which sell least — useful for deciding on restocking, promotions or discontinuing items.

Customers report

Under Reports → Customers you analyse buying behaviour: who buys most, how often and for how much.

Exporting

Every report exports to Excel with the export button, so you can work on it with your accountant or in your own spreadsheets.

Tip: for one-off questions ("how much of brand X did I sell in March?") there's no need to build a report — you can just ask the AI assistant.
