Products

The products module is your central catalogue: whatever you add here sells both in the POS and in the online store.

Creating a product#

1. Go to Products → All products → Add product.
2. Fill in the basic information:
   • Product name (required)
   • Category (required)
   • Brand
   • Short description and full description
   • Regular price and sale price (optional)
3. Add product images (you can upload several).
4. Set up the stock:
   • Quantity available
   • SKU (internal code)
   • Barcode
5. If the product has variants (sizes, colours, and so on):
   • Go to the "Variations" tab
   • Select the attributes (e.g. Size, Colour)
   • Set a price and stock level for each combination
6. In the "SEO" tab you can add a meta title and description for search engines.
7. Click "Save".

Tip: you can also create products by photographing them with your phone — the system fills in the details for you with AI. See Quick entry with AI.

Editing a product#

1. Go to Products → All products.
2. Find the product by name or category.
3. Click the edit icon (pencil).
4. Make your changes and save.

Categories and brands#

• Categories are managed under Products → Categories.
• Categories can be hierarchical (parent category → subcategory).
• Brands are managed under Products → Brands.

Importing products in bulk#

1. Go to Products → Import.
2. Download the sample Excel template.
3. Fill the template in with your products.
4. Upload the Excel file — the products are created in a batch.
