Quick entry with AI

Quick entry with AI lets you create a product from a photo: the system analyses the image and automatically fills in the name, description, category and suggested prices. You just review and save.

From your phone#

There's a dedicated full-screen page optimised for phones, designed for adding stock the moment it arrives at the shop:

1. On your phone, go to the system's /mobile/cargar-producto route (save the address as a shortcut on your home screen to keep it handy).
2. Sign in with your usual panel account (it requires the permission to create products).
3. Take the photo with the camera or pick one from your gallery.
4. The image is compressed automatically on the phone and sent for analysis.
5. Within seconds, the form fills itself in: name, description, category and suggested prices.
6. Review the details, adjust whatever you want (price, opening stock) and save.

The product is created with its photo, ready to sell in the POS and in the online store.

Note: this page isn't a separate app and has nothing to do with the store's installable app (that one is for your customers): it's a page of the system itself, optimised for phones, used by you or your employees with their usual account.

From the desktop#

The same feature exists in the desktop panel: when creating a product under Products → Add product, use the "Quick entry with AI" option to upload a photo and auto-fill the fields.

Tips for better results#

• Take the photo with the product well lit and centred.
• If the product has a visible label (brand, size), include it in the photo: the AI makes use of it.
• The suggested data is a starting point — always check the price and category before saving.
